Cancellation /Refund Policy
Its usually takes 7-10 business days to be at your doorstep.
Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our team on help firstname.lastname@example.orgOrders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
*Note: Orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a coupon code equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
Our policy lasts 7 days after the date of delivery of the order. Beyond 7 days of the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund, return or exchange.
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
In any chance if you have received a product that is different than what you had ordered, you need to notify us by email with the same within 24 hours. So that we can process your application for returns. (To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.)
If the product has a manufacturing defect then you can email us directly regarding the same within 24 hours. (Please attach some photo proof so it is easier for us to process the application for return.)
SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Items on sale/discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
